Code for a new user interface for the Telos B and Tmote Sky motes has been released. This code allows the mote's on-board USER button and LED display to provide an easy-to-use means for human interaction with the mote.
This new component has been developed at the Clemson Laboratory for Environmental Sensor Networks and is available for download at:

Hello,
I am looking for someone interested in developing the following application on the Telos platform.
- Network of Telos sensors
- Ability to "name" a sensor as the network centroid
- The centroid gathers the IDs for all sensors at RF range from it (for different selectable TX and channels)
- Each sensor of this set collects RSS/LQI vs. Pw/Freq from all the other sensors. The number of data for each Pw/Freq setting must be programmable as well as the number of Pw and channel settings
- All information is channeled to a PC via the network gateway
Need to develop the TinyOS app and the PC GUI.
This is for an early start-up, therefore you should understand the constraints and opportunities.
If interested, drop me an e-mail and we can talk more.
Thanks,

What is TinyOS?
|
TinyOS is an open-source operating system designed for wireless embedded sensor networks. It features a component-based architecture which enables rapid innovation and implementation while minimizing code size as required by the severe memory constraints inherent in sensor networks. More >>
