In our basic port we have implemented the following TinyOS modules:
- Radio interface (ASK, 120Kbps)
- Uart
- ADC
- Timer
- PowerManagement
The hardware TCM 120 has been developed by EnOcean GmbH. This TCM 120 transceiver module can communicate with a wide range of EnOcean's market leading batteryless, wireless and maintenance free products.
Thus the implementation of the TCM 120 in TinyOS gives the chance to build up hybrid wireless sensor networks consisting of simple devices like wireless switches, which are solely powered by harvested environmental energy, and the more powerful TCM 120 nodes.
Currently we are working on a TinyOS implementation of the performance improved and more energy-economical PIC18F4620. We are interested in forming a working group regarding this project.
Please direct any questions about this port and the working group to TinyOS@hsu-hh.de.
The TinyOS codes are on http://cvs.sourceforge.net/viewcvs.py/tinyos/tinyos-1.x/contrib/hsu/ available.
